Chateau Chasse-Spleen - Moulis en Médoc Clos Badon
I'm back in Arcachon. The motivation is therefore to write a ticket. A few weeks ago, a tasting of wines from Bordeaux was held at Lavinia. I went with Vincent. It was very good.
I had the chance to meet Celine Villars the owner of Chateau Chasse-Spleen. The exchange was cordial and interesting. Céline Villars " not make wines to be collected and never drunk. "And while the campaign of 2009 started futures, major labels have virtually all blew prices. Chateau Chasse-Spleen is 20 €. Villars Bravo Céline!

So. Before starting the tasting notes, a point on the vintage. Some of you will say that this is infanticide characterized. I agree. But you see, as I have written repeatedly on this blog, supermarkets are short on wine with several years of aging at their peak. Carrefour de La Teste de Buch is no exception, unfortunately, no exception.
Wine is open for over three hours now. He accompanied the meal perfectly tonight. I use a glass to write this post.
The dress is very dark, and the edge of the disc a nice ruby pulling on rape. The nose is a beautiful expression of young wines with woody scents, flavors of black currant and pomegranate. I drink a sip. The attack is frank. The long cooling has softened the tannins of the wine which I think is portly, though not massive, but not robust Resh. Everything is right and good length. It's nice and balanced. The acidity is present which suggests a good aging potential for this wine.
This wine has obviously been drinking too early. It still offers a fun already important. At this price, it's definitely a case.
The note for this wine LGDD: 16/20.
And of course, your comments are always welcome.
Cheers, NL
