Bottling Pebbles from the 2008 vintage of red and Valguy 2009 vintage of white Pebbles Valguy
The full bottles and appetizers make a trip to 4 minutes on a treadmill. This is the time required for the cap snaps into place before the bottles are lying, storage.
The bottles are stored in large metal bins with a capacity of 600 bottles (foreground). They will spend at least 1 month prior to marketing. We can see Guy and Valerie Loubris (owners) together in the background.
L hâteau Valguy (Sauternes) during aging. The barrels Pebbles Valguy are in a cellar hand. Indeed, yeasts present during the breeding Sauternes might revive the fermentation of red wines.
My visit ended naturally by buying a few bottles of Valguy Pebbles. The very one who had so charmed. So today I offer you a ticket for tasting the 2007 vintage.

Wine is open for just over 3 hours. The dress displays a nice ruby. It is clear and bright. Very nice fruity nose with slight woody notes demanding but I feel with notes of blackberries and plums. In the mouth it is the way I like: very smooth. The wine fills the mouth as the velvet goes on language. This is the baby Jesus in velvet pants, if you'll pardon the expression. It's crunchy. The tannins are perfectly integrated. The finish offers a touch of fig, roasted chestnuts and maybe.
This wine has a charm. It undoubtedly will please fans and especially the amateurs who will have the chance to find out.
rating of LGDD for this wine: 16.5 / 20.
And of course, your comments are always welcome.
Cheers, NL
