"The right of children":
Two delegates from the "Rights of the Child" (Belgium) were presented on Wednesday, slightly ahead, facing the room H (Youth Room) of Courts of Justice of the Canton of Mons. The Italian court ordered the mother, based on the Belgian trial. Belgium granted exclusive parental rights to the father, based on the Italian trial, which is no less illegal because he had not yet responded to sexual abuse charges against him.
In October 2006 the Italian Court of Appeal ruled that there were no acts constituting parental abduction. Mr Dehalu, the Public Prosecutor of Mons, moved to Rome in November 2006. Not a chance: the Court of Appeals banned in December 2006, the repatriation of children, which was scheduled to be in a Belgian military aircraft! (*)
In May 2007, the Juvenile Court authorized the extradition of Italian children. The following year, in May 2008 the Court of Cassation quashed the decision, which means that the Italian Supreme Court considers that the repatriation of children in Belgium was illegal, and that the mother had not removed his daughters.
In December 2008, the grandfather who kept the Italian, the Italian justice indicted for possession of child pornography, prostitution and sexual abuse of children on the eldest granddaughters, while the Belgian justice has release him. A similar statement is brought against the father because they are accused of the same facts, but this requires more complex approaches, because it is Belgian.
