The bottle was placed in the fridge to cool off a bit. I fear a bit that is so recent vintage. The opening is simple and fast (aluminum cap).
The wine is very clear. Her dress, yellow-green leaves appear a few tiny bubbles, which get stuck after a while, on the wall of glass. A nose of peach and some citrus notes quickly put me in the mood for this energetic wine, 100% Sauvignon.
I put a sip of wine in your mouth. The attack is clear, then drinkable wine. It gives me a whole rather complex in which I detect a dominant apple.
It warms a bit the back of the throat, I understand as a spirit of youth, it gives a certain length. Wine is its effect on cod fritters that goes well heated through.
